The Journal of Leadership, Ethics, Governance, and Sustainable Innovation (JLEGSI) is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal dedicated to exploring the changing landscape of leadership, sustainable innovation, organisational governance, and strategic advancement in Africa and globally.
The journal aims to bridge research, practice, and policy by advancing scholarship that informs transformative leadership, responsible management, and sustainable development key pillars of the Business School. It supports empirical, conceptual, and theoretical contributions grounded in African realities and global insights, ensuring that the Business School takes an active role in shaping issues of leadership, sustainability, and digitalisation.
